Terms of Service

    1. Service Agreement

    By engaging Neptune Plumbing for any plumbing service, you agree to these terms of service. Our services include emergency plumbing, repairs, installations, maintenance, and renovations across Cape Town.

    2. Pricing & Quotes

    All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional work or materials are required. We provide transparent, itemized invoices for all work completed.

    Emergency call-out fees apply to after-hours services. Standard hourly rates apply during business hours. All prices include VAT.

    3. Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, EFT, and card payments. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.

    4. Warranty

    All workmanship is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and fixtures installed. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or work performed by third parties.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.

    6. Liability

    Neptune Plumbing carries full public liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage, or issues arising from non-compliant previous work unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

    7. Emergency Services

    Emergency services are provided 24/7. Response times vary based on location and availability. While we strive for rapid response, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed during extreme weather or high-demand periods.

    8. Compliance & Certifications

    All work is performed in accordance with South African National Building Regulations and local Cape Town bylaws. Compliance certificates (COC) are issued where required by law.

    9. Access Requirements

    Clients must provide reasonable access to work areas and water/electricity shut-off points. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
